EnduroGP World Championship: Formaboots wins the PortugeseGP with Brad Freeman and Alberto Elgari

 

The EnduroGP World Championship kicked off in Portugal, in the town of Fafe, about 60 km from Porto, for the first of two consecutive rounds.

A weekend of pure off-road, which brought Formaboots two extraordinary victories at the end of a real enduro race, on a route repeated three times on Saturday and Sunday for a total of 18 special tests: Cross Test of 4,80 km, Enduro Test of 6 km, Extreme Test of 1,50 km.

On Saturday Brad Freeman (Beta) took an impressive victory in E3, setting the fastest time in five out of the nine special tests. A result that also enabled him to hit the top five of the EnduroGP.

Win also in the Youth class with the young Alberto Elgari (TM Racing). After a promising 5th place on Saturday, on Sunday he got a feeling, winning by imposition over his rivals.

Podium also for Matteo Cavallo (TM Racing). The Ligurian rider ruled the E3 class by taking the 3rd place on Saturday and the 2nd on Sunday.
