Danilo Petrucci 3rd in Superpole Race at Phillip Island

The racing season begins successfully.

At Phillip Island, in the first race of the FIM Superbike World Championship, Formaboots took its first podium of the season thanks to Petrucci's third place in the Superpole Race.

The Superpole Race provided great excitement with Petrucci taking the first all-Ducati podium of the season at the end of a solid and consistent race. The Italian rider took the third position after a mistake by Bautista on the first lap, managing to pull away from a dangerous Redding.

Race 2 was affected by an aggressive attack by Razgatlioglu, who made him lose contact with the leading group. In the final stages, Petrucci engaged in a heated duel with Sam Lowes, managing to finish fifth.
