Double success for Petrucci at Magny Cours. Ortolà on the podium at Misano.

After one month’s break, the FIM Superbike World Championship was back in action racing the first of the five rounds in seven weeks.

The eighth round of the 2024 season took place at the Magny Cours circuit in France.

After the successes in the Czech Republic and Portugal, Formaboots was once again the protagonist of the FIM Superbike World Championship weekend together with Danilo Petrucci.

The rider from Terni was the author of a very concrete and flawless race that saw him take the third step of the podium on Saturday, while on Sunday, in Race 2, he finished second behind an uncatchable Bulega.

It was a race that confirmed Petrucci as the best rider of the weekend and saw him back after the bad crash at the start of the season during a training session.

Podium also at Misano in the thirteenth round of the MotoGP World Championship.

In a Moto3 full of twists and turns, Ivan Ortolà put on a great show with a beautiful fight for victory together with his compatriots Piqueras and Alonso. The three Spaniards ruled the podium in Italy with Ortolà third by just two-tenths.
